Evening Senior Portraits with a Horse
On this warm Summer evening, I visited the barn where Katie has spent years riding to photograph her and one of her favorite horses. We were sure to do some closeups that demonstrated their connection but also some wider shots to fully capture the beauty of her and her horse.
Looks at those ears on this happy horse! I think he loves her as much as she loves him! They really helped create the most beautiful sunset senior portraits with a horse.
She is stunning in every photo but with her horse the images became truly magical!

Sunset Senior Portraits with Horse
As the Summer sun faded past golden hour, we were left with a vibrant display of color on the clouds. From pinks to oranges to blues and purple, sunset made the best backdrop for more equine senior pictures. Again, I wanted to get a mix of close-up shots and full-length photographs that showed the entire beautiful horse and surrounding area with this stunning senior.
The golden color palette in the sky was perfect with her white dress, red hair, and white and grey horse.
And we had to get a few against this bright, beautiful turquoise wall on the barn. The boots and dress are just the right vibe for this location and the photos with and without her horse.
